Compared to Anna Maria Island, Sanibel Island is still relatively undeveloped and bestowed with mesmerizing natural beauty. That’s why the beaches on Sanibel Island are still unspoiled and have maintained their natural charm.

In other words, if you are looking for a relaxing beach gateway, then undoubtedly, Sanibel Island is the place to go. On the other hand, if you are looking for lively beaches with numerous beach activities, then Anna Maria Island is a better option than Sanibel Island.
